HOPE Berevement Care partners with several organisations in the delivery of its services.  The degrees ofthese partnerships vary from having a farmal partnership agreement to forming an informal network.

1   Link   G.P. Association of Geelong
This is the association networking G.P.s within the Geelong area with Project Officers who work to assist and represent G.P’s. “Clockwork” Young Peoples Health Service is one of their projects.
2   Link   Sids and Kids Victoria
Supports families after the unexpected death of an infant or child, and research into SIDS deaths.

A major partner of HOPE Bereavement Care.
3   Link   United Way Geelong
United Way raises money for vital health and human care agencies within the region.
4   Link   Cherish
A Colac based service providing bereavement support for families where there had been the sudden death of a child up to age six. HOPE Bereavement Care partners with Cherish through referral.

5   Link   Glastonbury Child and Family Services
Assists families in crisis to develop appropriate parenting skills. Partners with HOPE Bereavement Care through the "Men and the Death of a Child" support group.
6   Link   Industrial Death Support and Advocacy (IDSA)
Supports families and friends of a person in an industrial accident.

Partners with HOPE Bereavement Care through referral.
7   Link   Road Trauma Support Team Victoria
Provides support to families who have direct experience of road trauma. Partners with HOPE Bereavement Care through the Road Trauma Support Team Geelong support group.
8   Link   Wesley Centre for Life Enrichment
Provides training and support for life skills.

Partners with HOPE Bereavement Care through the Post Suicide Support Group.
9   Link   Empty Arms (Parent Support Group)
For families and friends who have suffered a loss from miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death, either recently or many years ago. ‘Empty Arms’ is a service of HOPE Bereavement Care.

For any person impacted by suicide, providing information, support and resources. This is a project of Jesuit Social Services.
11   Link   The Compassionate Friends (Victoria)
For parents who have lost a child of any age due to any cause. Partners with HOPE Bereavement Care through the "Drop In" support group.
12   Link   Barwon Health
Delivers health care in the Barwon Region. A major partner of HOPE Bereavement Care.
